At Matri, we believe motherhood is a powerful transformation, not just a role. Through one-on-one and group coaching, we support women, especially executive-level mothers, in navigating professional shifts and the evolving identity that comes with matrescence.

Matri provides a compassionate space for:

  • Transformative growth through proven, evidence-based practices

  • Community connection with like-minded mothers

  • Tools to strengthen emotional well-being and identity

  • Guidance as you evolve into this new life stage

Hi, I’m Jacqueline Wilf, founder of Matri. I developed the Matri coaching model during my graduate studies at Columbia University, blending academic research with my lived experience as a mother, executive, and lifelong learner.

Rooted in positive psychology, experiential learning, and transformational growth, my coaching approach helps you cultivate inner resources like resilience, self-awareness, and gratitude. Whether in private sessions or community workshops, Matri offers a compassionate space for reflection, growth, and lasting change.

This is more than coaching. It’s a partnership grounded in curiosity, trust, and your own wisdom. Together, we create clarity and momentum as you grow into the next version of yourself.

Because thriving mothers make thriving leaders—at home, at work, and within.

“Life changing to be given the framework, space, and time to even think about my needs. Moms never get that!” –Sarah, 34

“The sense of community and talking with other mothers in a guided way was so valuable." –Amanda, 36

“Jacky is a f*cking wizard. If you want to uplevel in ways you’ve never even dreamed, start working with her immediately. She’s the best kept secret in the industry, and I have a feeling the secret is about to get out. A few months after my first session with Jacky, it’s like the hands of the Universe placed me exactly where I wanted to be.”
